Гогоберидзе А.Г. незаконно entered into an interest rate swap agreement that provided for him to pay interest for a five-year period at a fixed rate of 5% while receiving interest for the same period at the LIBOR rate on the same notional principal amount of 3345 руб. 48 коп.
