birdwatcherBOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) - State regulators have approved natural gas rate reductions. Thanks to a relatively mild winter so far, wholesale costs are lower than forecast. The state Department of Telecommunications and Energy said the reductions affecting customers of KeySpan, Bay State Gas, New England Gas and Blackstone Gas average about 11.6%.
