We currently have an opening for a Quantitative Analyst located at our corporate office in Northwest Phoenix. The Quantitative Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative analysis methodologies and processes to support the People Department. The position will also be instrumental in creating people oriented metrics, program evaluation methods, and other business applications involving the manipulation of data generated from People initiatives.
Assists all People Department groups with their data analysis needs, including those related to turnover, surveys, operating metrics, etc.
