Спрингфилд, Масс.: Last semester, the [Holyoke Community College] student senate passed a resolution to ban [army] recruiters from campus, but President William Messner says federal law supersedes student law.
"Federal law mandates that we keep public institution open to recruiters of all sorts, and very specifically says that we must in order to maintain federal aid to our students."
