CHICAGO (Reuters) - Doctors, teachers, parents and others "should assume that most boys of high school age who use the Internet have some degree of exposure to online pornography as do many girls."

The report, published in the February issue of Pediatrics, the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, was based on a telephone survey made of a representative sample of 1,500 U.S. youngsters from March to June, 2005.

BERLIN, Feb 2 (Reuters Life!) -- The local housing authority in the eastern town of Loebau (Germany) said on Friday the new regulations stipulate the tenants -- who all live on welfare -- now only qualify for smaller homes.

Because there is a shortage of smaller dwellings, the tenants are being allowed to stay, so long as the space they use does not exceed the new limit.

Inspectors make regular patrols to ensure the rooms standing empty are not being used.

Perverted community service

Police said the victim was trying to obtain community service hours and McGhee-Bey scheduled for the student to do work for him to obtain the hours. The abuse took place in November and December 2006 in McGhee-Bey's office in the school.

McGhee-Bey has been charged with sex abuse of a minor, third-degree and fourth-degree sex offenses, and perverted practice.

If any adults have any other information about McGhee-Bey's activities, they are also asked to call police.
