In October of her freshman year, she visited Bell at Brooks Elementary, and they kissed, authorities said.
Between December 2003 and March 2004, Bell sexually assaulted the girl several times in area forest preserves, a motel and once in a practice room in the middle school, authorities said.
9 years in prison.
