HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. - A Highland Park synagogue employee has been charged with videotaping dozens of worshippers -- including 20 children -- as they used the bathroom.

TV folks have not been charged when they videotaped bathroom goes at rest area, with the idea to report thet percentage of people that actually washes hands. The fact of videotaping remember, percentage do not.
