birdwatcherALEXANDRIA, Va. -- Jose A. Zelaya, of the 600 block of Notabene Drive,threw his son's 4-year-old pet dog, Gucci, against a wall, killing the dog.

domestic assault and battery;
felony animal cruelty;
felony destruction of property;
contributing to the delinquency of a minor for killing the pet in his son's presence.
