A 32-year-old pregnant woman with three small children was killed when she was caught in gang crossfire as she was entering her home on the South Side Wednesday night. The woman, identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office as Leticia Barrera, 38 years old and seven months pregnant, was shot in the head in the 4800 block of South Seeley about 6:05 p.m., authorities said.
