birdwatcherCUMBERLAND, Md. - Bomb technicians were called to a Vietnam Veterans chapter building in Cumberland Wednesday after a member discovered that a piece of ordnance, or military weapon, might be live. State Fire Marshal officials said the chapter building, located at 17 N. Liberty St. in Cumberland, had been partly converted into a museum and that a Vietnam veteran had given the ordnance to the museum about two years ago.
