birdwatcherОбнаружилась новая политкорректная идиома: sportsmen and women. Имеется в виду, конечно, что корень "man" в слове sportsman подразумевает, что спортсмен обязательно мужчина, а ведь это не так: например, Рене Ричардс.
Результат душераздирающий.

"Because sportsmen and women enjoy hunting and fishing alone or in small groups, they are overlooked as a constituency and as a substantial economic force," [2]
