Как записать математическую формулу в виде текста? Корпоративные адвокаты не пользуются латехом, поэтому у них с веками эволюционировал свой собственный отдельный язык, самобытный и выразительный. Вот типичный образец.

Section 2.1.(c) Company Common Stock. Each issued and outstanding share of Company Common Stock (as defined in Section 3.3) shall be converted into the right to receive the sum of:
     (i) that number of shares of Common Stock equal to (A) the Exchange Ratio
