birdwatcherDORCHESTER, MA -- While playfully doing yoga at Dorchester's Everett Elementary School, the fifth grader was accused of hurting his classmates. Darden's teacher allegedly told him he'd doing classroom servitude as punishment.
"They made me get paper, made me open the door, made me get water," said Darden.
"[His teacher] degraded him," said Darden's mother, Kim Toon. "She humiliated him in front of his peers and gave the impression to these special needs students this is ok to do."
