BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) - Governor Romney vetoes a bill allowing over-the-counter sales of hypodermic needles. Romney says the bill is well-intentioned, but misguided. He points to the state's rising heroin problem and says the unintended consequences of allowing needles sales would outweigh any benefits.
