birdwatcherWSJ, в своем новом стиле, пропагандирует нулификацию. В Нью-Хемпшире судей обязали напоминать присяжным про эту замечательную процедуру: jurors can vote to acquit defendants not only if they have reasonable doubt of guilt, but also if they simply don't agree with the underlying law. Вот меня бы кто пригласил, и напоминать бы не пришлось.
