The alleged ringleader of a corrupt crew of rogue cops pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court on Monday to targeting drug dealers for shakedowns that yielded tens of thousands of dollars in cash and large amounts of cocaine and marijuana. He and his partner, Corey Flagg, along with other tactical officers and drug dealers, ran a gang of their own, one that left dealers on the streets but relieved them of their money and drugs.
