ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Anne Arundel County police said a high school music teacher allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student. The female student reported she had a sexual relationship with Thompson that started in 2003 and continued for two years. Police said Jeffrey Stephen Thompson was charged with child abuse and perverted practice.
