BALTIMORE -- At Northeast Middle School, police said a 13-year-old girl was attacked and fondled in her classroom earlier this week by three classmates.
"I had a teacher say, 'I don't feel safe here. I really don't think I'm going to be returning.' It's absolutely a problem. I've heard it from other teachers. They say, 'It's not worth my life,'" Marietta English, head of the teacher's union, said.
