birdwatcherLORTON, Va. - Fairfax County police arrested four Lorton-area teenagers last Thursday on suspicion of trying to start a gang at South County Secondary School. The Fairfax County gang unit said two 14-year-olds, a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were charged with gang participation and recruitment.
Police said the 15- and 14-year-olds were also charged with hazing and the 17-year-old was also charged with destruction of property.
