actually.... if coins can be deliberately biased, it'd make sense for one person to select the coin (out of his own) to use first, and for the second to make choice of for the meanings - all before the toss.
That's probabilistic approach :) My proposal was game-theoretic. There are also legalistic approaches, and the (in-)famous EMR emmitter-based approach.
