В СССР рационирование было неценовым, поэтому там, где в нашей стране достаточно иметь деньги, в СССР надо было тратить огромное количество времени на походы наудачу из магазина в магазин и стояние в очередях.
Этот принцип не распространяется на покупку качественных продуктов на базаре. В СССР для этого достаточно было иметь деньги; в нашей стране приходится тратить время на долгие поездки в отдаленные коммуны и монастыри.

Several Australians of Vietnamese descent have been arrested for trafficking heroin to Australia from Vietnam in recent years and at least four were sentenced to death.
