People inside the Dirksen Federal Building (архитектор - Мис ван дер Роэ) have reported that a loudspeaker announcement called for a man named Larnell Rogers to go to a hallway and lay down on the floor, so that authorities could take him into custody.
Rogers is accused of lying to an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
