CHICAGO - Alderman Edward Burke has introduced an ordinance in the city council City Council that would prohibit smoking inside vehicles when small children are present, NBC5 reported on Thursday. Violators would be fined $100.The proposal will be sent to a committee next month.
The City Council has already voted to ban foie gras, and has voted to ticket motorists if they are caught driving while on a cell phone.
