U.S. border police arrested a Mexican smuggler with 88 pounds (40-kg) of cheese hidden in a special compartment in his truck, police said on Friday. Police arrested the 38-year-old driver, seized the cheese and confiscated the truck because he failed to declare his cargo.

Да, со ссылками неясно как поступать. Ссылка рано или поздно устаревает, а полностью копировать текст - вроде как авторские права нарушаешь. Надо проверить, действительно ли archive.org автоматически архивирует страницу, если ее там запросить. Если - да, то можно сначала запрашивать страницу в archive.org, тем самым создавая "вечную" капию, а потом на эту копию делать линк. Посмотрим...
