Чего-то я не пойму. Я думал, атомные взрывы регистрируются сейсмостанциями, и там все должно быть ясно. Тем более, Япония недалеко, приборы-шмиборы, кое-какая точность имеется. Теперь что же, после ЦРУ и Ирака даже такие простые вещи перешли в область политической риторики?

Я конечно не геолог, но подозреваю, что точно рассчитать силу взрыва на приличном расстоянии с сигналом проходяшим через разные слои пород вряд ли возможно.
