But 77-year-old LaVerne Crilly didn't find it funny when she couldn't get the stuffed animal to toot. When it arrived, she couldn't get the AA batteries to fit into the bear.
The customer service representative told her to send the bear back to the company in New York, and Direct Source would return her money. But her refund never arrived.
