birdwatcherАccording to police reports, on March 10 at 7:50 p.m., a 25 year-old man reported that he drove from Waukesha, Wisconsin to purchase drugs. While in a stairwell located at 2240 S. State St., he approached a man wearing black jeans and an orange, black, and white jacket and asked for two bags of marijuana. The man was told to go to the top of the stairwell. Once at the top he was grabbed by the offender who placed a gun to his head, went inside the victims shoe and took $600 cash. The offender ran in unknown direction and officers could not locate him.
