"This kind of arrest could happen at any high school, but this time it happened here," school spokeswoman Carolyn Waller said. "We are trying to provide a safe learning environment for our students, and that means cooperating with police and ensuring that the laws are enforced."
По-моему, она извиняется от имени школы за то, что школа не применила силу для защиты учеников, занимавшихся общепринятым детским бизнесом, от агрессии ментов, и объясняет это бездействие объективной необходимостью.
