MSNBC -- A Chicago jury has acquitted R&B superstar R. Kelly on all counts at his child pornography trial.

Kelly was charged with 14 counts of videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl, who prosecutors say was as young as 13.

If convicted, he would have faced a minimum of four years in prison and a maximum of 15 years. He would also have had to register as a sex offender in Illinois.

Both Kelly and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied they were on the tape. Neither testified during the trial.

"The evidence won it for us because there wasn't enough evidence," Gensen said. "You have been talking about a victim who doesn't appear to be a victim."
