чем больше уходит моих денег чужим детям, тем расплычатей и ширшее критерии по которым могут отнимать детей у родителей.

Первопричина их несчастий в том, что родители - идиоты (потому что не знают элементарных вещёй), и окружающие их люди - тоже идиоты (потому что избирают социалистов, которые потом так "защищают" детей).

nothing remotely similar at your link, i remain unconvinced. moreover, the site is fairly disgusting and fringey. i was particularly pissed at calls for prayer every few postings. fundamentalist stink.

i do not doubt that mistakes do happen. for example i am against capital punishment for that reason - there are plenty of erroneous convicitons.

same with CPS. however there is always a way to correct injustices.

so that you know, i have personally reported families to social work and from there to CPS in cases of "nonaccidental injury" of kids. and in one case, for neglect. we make that call only whern things are unequivocal. when in doubt - the parent is not guilty. equivocal cases go to SW for shadow filing and sometimes to the hospital ethics committee.

каким образом можно исправить несправедливость, если ребенок уже провел в приемной семье пару лет? Без права свидания с родителями. Да, его вернут в родную семью. И что дальше? Он когда-нибудь поверит, что его снова не заберут? Что родители смогут защитить и уберечь? Решится потом заводить собственных детей?
