One of my teachers said: "To prepare an audition -- because it's quite sometimes a stressfull thing -- it is great to do it somehow, because you really challenge yourself -- but you have to think about it as if you are going to rob the bank. You should not leave anything up to chance, because as soon as you have thought about every possibility, about everything that can happen, you will never be surprised in a stressful situation, and actually you are much more capable of handling it." I thought that was a tremendously helpful suggestion.
