GERMANTOWN, Md. The boy allegedly took the .38-caliber handgun in a backpack to the For Kids We Care day-care center the morning of Jan. 24. While he was handling the gun, it went off, striking a 7-year-old girl in the arm, police said.

Издеваетесь. Вот в детском саду нам еще металлодетекторов не хватало. И ботинки всем снимать при входе, и лаптопы в просветку, и федерального служащего в униформе на вход.

For a guy with such a lifestyle ("John Linwood Hall Sr., 56, was charged with one count of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon") it is not safe to keep firearm locked, I can undestand him.
