He is so off the point! The War succeeded: gov agents are plentiful, police has a constant stream of personal properties to confiscate, prisons are overflowing, stock prices of correctional instutions held by judges go up unobstructed, and the cheap labor is good for economy (http://www.thetalkingdrum.com/prison.html).
