birdwatcherIn 2010, two German businessmen, Stefan Fellenberg and Florian Krause, applied to register a Community Trade Mark to name a beer "Fucking Hell". This was objected to by the mayor of Fucking, Franz Meindl, on the grounds that the beer was not going to be brewed in Fucking.
