Я, конечно, ни разу ни лойер, но заметил что в нескольких местах упоминают Protect Act от 2003 года. Т.е., теоретически у судьи есть всё что надо, чтобы присудить срок. Насколько часто это происходит на практике даже затрудняюсь предпологать.
