birdwatcherProsecutors said that in July 2004, Quinn traveled to Montana and engaged in sexual activity with the boy, then 16. The next month, Quinn flew the juvenile to Illinois and then drove him to Wisconsin, where they attended a concert and engaged in sexual activity. Quinn has been sentenced to 5 years in prison.
