В недавнем Consumer Reports было подробно как это проворачивать. Там идея получить под развалюху много денег. Несколько займов, на перестройку, и так далее, чем больше, тем лучше. А потом хижину отдаешь банку (банкам) за долги. Еще Сопрано этим занимался, помнится, в одной из серий. Апрэйз тут вроде самое главное.

По-моему, без угроз физической расправы банку все это непредосудительно.

Единственное, что в такой схеме непонятно - можно ли её провернуть больше одного раза? Вряд ли банк даст заем человеку, который однажды forclosed.
