LA Times -- When a black person is shot and killed by police, blacks tend to see it as a sign of a deeper problem between law enforcement and their community. By contrast, whites are much more likely than blacks to view the fatal shooting as an isolated incident. These are among the findings of a new survey by the Pew Research Center etc. etc.
