The girl said she had consensual sex with another family member when she was 11 and moved in with him when she was 14, according to authorities.

Rafael Antonio Reyes, of Silver Spring, was arrested on charges of second-degree rape and sexual abuse of a minor.

Под "никто не знает" я имел в виду, ребёнок тоже.
Например, я его случайно засёк (издали) сидящим с друзьями за пивом, но он (и никто другой) меня не видел.

Разумеется, если ребёнок хочет выпить вместе с родителями, см.п.2 :)
