birdwatcherA U.S. government attorney has rejected a man's application to trademark the name "Obama bin Laden," saying the name was too similar to a U.S. presidential candidate and a terrorist. Before the name can be approved as a trademark, Batlle, of Miami Beach, needs permission from both bin Laden and Obama.
