Blue Angels jet crashes during air show

(CNN) -- A jet flying in formation with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels precision flying team crashed into a Beaufort, South Carolina, neighborhood. The Navy aviator was killed. Еight people on the ground were injured. The extent of their injuries was not known.

The Associated Press described the crash site as a neighborhood of small houses and trailers.
