Bush threatens to delay Africa trip - US President George W. Bush has warned Democratic Congressmen that he will delay his trip to Africa today if the House does not pass an arms bill.

The Democrats object to a section of the bill which would give permanent permission to the authorities to use unauthorised wiretaps.
