Daily Herald -- "You absolutely don't have the freedom to say whatever you want," Judge Wiley Edmondson said Monday. The teenager, who lives in Aurora Township, has been jailed 27 days since his arrest after the MySpace post was reported to police.

The teen's Feb. 17 post lists particular students he felt wronged him and then says: "think again about another person u hurt think about what could and might possibly happen u could get shot with a 9 mm in the head or back. (http://www.suburbanchicagonews.com/beaconnews/news/847886,2_1_AU18_MYSPACE_S1.article)" The post also said the student would not hurt anyone.
