HSLDA -- Иммиграционный судья Лоренс Бурман предоставил политическое убежище в США семье немецких христиан, бежавшей от обязательного посещения школ в Германии.

Burman added -- "Homeschoolers are a particular social group that the German government is trying to suppress. This family has a well-founded fear of persecution…therefore, they are eligible for asylum…and the court will grant asylum.”.

Это, конечно, решение несправедливое, поскольку навязывает американским социалистам соседство с отвратительной для них семьей, за их же счет, но зато реализует в их отношении принцип "каждому по вере его".

Или вот из Мериленда аналогичное откровение -- although a parent does have a right to control the upbringing of a child, "that right is not absolute. It must bend to the State's duty to educate its citizens," the state board wrote (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/07/03/AR2007070300991_pf.html).
