WBAL-TV Baltimore city officials said they kicked a woman out of her home because she knowingly allowed illegal activity to take place there.

In court, pictures helped display the despair of residents. Housing department attorneys showed images of a tenant with a syringe behind his ear. Other photographs were of an alleged drug deal that happened in March.

Housing officials said the owner will get the proceeds once a trustee sells the house at auction.
