Ну как, все понятно: это вдыхатель; пользоваться надо строго по назначению (вдыхать) и отнюдь не абьюзить (прыскать вокруг и хихикать), а то помрете. От чего именно помрете, не совсем понятно, от биттеранта, видимо, и этот bitterant, конечно, замечательно призовое слово.
