Мышей достаточно долго корят аспартамом, а контрольную группу сахаром. Потом обе группы кормят сахаром и измеряют уровень глюкозы в крови...
Причем результат эксперимента сильно зависит от исходной микрофлоры в кишечнике мышей - то есть от того чем их кормили до этого и прочих малопонятных вещей...
