Читаю комментарии на Амазоне к книге "Nobody's Boy" известного французского писателя Гектора Мало. Льен Фам пишет: I read this book when i was less than 10 years old in Vietnamese and it took me almost 30 years to find it in English here. It's one of the most influential books in my life [...]. С ней/с ним соглашается Тимоти Ле: This is a book in my father's collection. I read it when I was 8 or 9 and just read it again recently. In Vietnamese, it is translated as: "Khong Gia Dinh" or "Vo Gia Dinh", meaning "No Family". It is a masterpiece in literature, and it is still in print in Vietnam [...]

June 10 (Bloomberg) -- John McCain, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, took aim at chief executives of the largest U.S. companies, saying that many of them enjoy big paydays while escaping responsibility for their mistakes.

McCain pledged that if elected he would push to allow shareholders to curb the pay of CEOs and unleash federal prosecutors to punish the wrongdoing by corporate chieftains.

U.S. District Judge James Zagel did not reprimand Schweihs but ended the hearing quickly after his last remark.

One of Schweihs' attorneys, Ellen Domph, said outside court that Schweihs is usually "very polite."
